Professional Fee Rate: $130 per hour

Regular Client: Receive a discounted hourly rate of $110 per hour

Why?

• Allows for strategic thinking, PR campaigns, media releases, market research, competitor mystery shopping, launches and project work (newsletters etc) per month
• As a “AAA” client your matters will be handled as a priority
• Our SME Marketing Services help smaller organisations to access marketing expertise and services of the same quality that usually only larger organisations can afford – we become your in house marketing team
• This is a cost effective way to handle small tasks (no minimum 1 – hour charge unit)
• If more time is required for discussions and additional work etc, it will be charged at the applicable rate stated in “Professional fee rate for regular client”
• Commitment - 3 month minimum contract
• ** Value add – for every 6 month contract period - a complimentary staff training workshop of 2 hours on either time management, team building, business planning, customer service, will be supplied.

There are 2 levels of Retainer Plans available:

1. Gold Level Retainer: Minimum of 12 hours actual billing time per month @ $1200 per month plus gst

2. Platinum Level Retainer: 1 full day per week dedicated to your business (min 8 hours actual billing time per week) @ $3000 per month plus gst

Project Fee: A one-off flat fee applies to a particular project such as business or marketing plans. 50% upfront payment, remainder on completion of project.

Training courses are tailored to individual clients or groups. Costs can be provided on request. Travel expenses will be an additional cost. “Success Through Sales” 1 day workshop (plus 1 day workplace observation, preparation and consultation) customized to a client is at a rate of $1530.
