Sarah Fraser - Success Through SalesSarah Fraser is passionate about selling and formed Cairns based “Success Through Sales” consulting practice in 2004. Success Through Sales specialises in all facets of sales including direct marketing and customer service for a broad and diverse range of businesses.
 
Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of NSW, she initially worked for Drake International. Sarah was instrumental in the development and preparation of the company’s strategic marketing plan for their National Call Centre business.
 
As Sales Manager with the Levita Group, one of the leading direct marketing companies in Australia, she project managed programs for high profile advertising agencies. Additionally she developed marketing campaigns for clients wishing to outsource their telemarketing functionality or trial direct marketing projects. She managed long-term clients including MMI Insurance, Carlton United Breweries, Readers Digest, Cisco Systems, Advance Bank and Telstra.
 
Sarah received the ADMA (Australian Direct Marketing Association) award for “Effective Business-Business Selling” for a CISCO Systems campaign that generated $1 million in sales from an initial investment of only $85,000.
 
By 24, Sarah had become the National Call Centre manager for Polygram International (now Universal) where the team ran a regional sales pilot program that generated 122% of sales targets and was rolled out nationally. This role expanded and Sarah’s expertise was used in London where she worked for the company as a Business Development Manager in new direct marketing channels.
 
Back in Australia Sarah became the NSW Chairperson for the Australian Telemarketing Association. She worked in call centre sales and management roles for a number of Australia’s most recognised companies including AMP Banking. Another project during this period was the redevelopment of The RAMS Home Loans website with particular focus on-line sales. In only 6 months the project succeeded in converting online Home Loan enquiries from 0-30% of the total sales channels.
 
Moving to Cairns Sarah returned to the recruitment industry where she exceeded all targets and quickly established a reputation as a business development professional. It was here she embarked on her greatest challenge - setting up her own business.
 
The Success Through Sales approach aims to improve individual and team results through a combination of strategic planning with tangible results, measurable benchmarks, training workshops, individual coaching, troubleshooting and sales recruitment advice. Regardless of the size of the business or industry type, results can be achieved.
 
Sarah specialises in small business solutions. She is a trainer and consultant for the Department of Tourism, Regional Development and Industry and conducts “Starting a Business” workshops throughout the state. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland contracts Sarah as a trainer for business skills programs and Certificate IV in Front Line Management.
 
Sarah has been a regular speaker at events such as Cairns Business Women’s Club luncheons, Tablelands Business Women’s Network, Chamber of Commerce and the John Mackenzie Radio Show and is a regular on 4CAFM’s Great Debate with Juanita Soper.
